What is meant by Mindful?:
The simple way Mindful can be expressed as to be conscious or aware of something right at the moment. In fact, the Mind can only be aware or conscious in the Present Moment that the Mind is experiencing both mentally or physically. In that case, Mindful is focusin to the Present Moment that a human being is experiencing in the Mind.
What is Mindfulness?:
Mindfulness sis the ability of the Mind to be remaining in the Present Moment or to bring back its attention in the Present Moment when the Mind itself is aware that attention is not in the Present Moment. . Based on definition given given by Wikipedia about Mindfulness, is is indicating that Mindfulness can develop through Meditation or some other form of training which are related to the Mind so that the Mind can cultivate or develop such ability to bring back its Attention to the Present Moment by being aware that Attention is not in the Present Moment. That means, the Mind has the ability to bring back its Attention to the Present Moment purposely.
No doubt at all that the Mind can develop or cultivate such abilities through Meditation or some other training related to the Mind. Of course, it is not like that Average Mind has not such ability at all to bring back Attention to the Present Moment. But, Mindfulness has the profound ability that can sustain the Mind to be Mindful. .

Awareness of the Mind is only in the Present Moment:
The Mind is only aware of anything that experience in the Present Moment, not in the Past or not in the Future. In fact, the Past is also the Present Moment of that time & the Future also be the Present Moment of that coming Future. Even the Present Moment is also a collection of Moments that immediately passed by. In reality, time is momentary even for human understanding & communication such Present, Past & Future has been classified. It is a continuous flow of moment to moment.
Being in reality, awareness of the Mind always in the Present Moment. Whatever the Mind experience, everything happens in the Present Moment that is in the flow of Moment to Moment. So, Awareness of the Mind is always in the Present Moment. ,
Let the Mind be aware in the Present Moment in Mindfulness:
No matter a human being experience anything either physically or mentally, everything goes into the Mind though sensory or organs or in mental process, the Mind process the same & create an image of phenomena for understanding. That means, the inner world & outer world, both appears through the Mind that a human being is understanding moment to moment.
As everything creates in the Mind, let the Mind to be aware of itself & its movement in the Present Moment. Of course, Present Moment is also not a consistent Moment, yet, its a collection of immediate Moments. hence, let the Mind be aware Moment to Moment.
If thoughts are arising in the Mind, let the Mind be aware that thoughts are arising. If feelings are arising, let the Mind be aware that feelings are arising. If emotions are arising, let the Mind be aware that emotions are arising. If thoughts are disappearing, let the Mind be aware that thoughts are disappearing. If physical sensation are noticing, let the Mind be aware that physical sensation are noticing.
That means, whatever the Mind is noticing right at the moment, let the Mind be aware of such things. It might be mental activities like thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc., and, also like physical sensation, pain, etc. No matter what the Mind notice right at the moment, keep the Mind be aware of such things.
The key point is, what the Mind is noticing is happening or occuring in the Present Moment & the Mind is experiencing the same either mentally or physically or both the ways. hence, keep your Focus to the Mind & let the Mind be aware of moment to moment.
Let the Mind with total Attention in the moment:
Being aware of the moment to moment experience in the Mind, let the Mind to pay total Attention of such happenings or occurings that the Mind is aware right at the Moment. In fact, moment to moment changes & moment to moment happenings. In that case, the Mind to pay its total Attention by being aware of anything that is the Mind is noticing right at this moment.
If thoughts are arising & the Mind is aware hat thoughts are arising, let the Mind be there with total Attention that thoughts are arising. If feelings arising, let the Mind be aware with total Attention on awre of such feelings. If the emotions are arising & the Mind become aware that emotions are arising, let the Mind to pay absolute Attention of such awareness of emotions that are arising.
It is like that being aware of anything what is happening or occurring in the Mind right at this moment, total Attention of the Mind to render that so that the Mind is aware with total Attention. Here, the Mind aware with total Attention. That means, the Mind is fully focused there where Awareness of the Mind is remaining. If the Mind is aware of thoughts, that means, the Mind aware of such thoughts with full Attention of the Mind by being Mindful in moment to moment. That means let the Mind observe Attention in Mindfulness that happens he moment to moment.
Observe what is happening in the Present Moment without any judgement in Mindfulness:
The unique feature of the Mind is that the Mind is aware of itself & aware of its activities & movement in Mindfulness. Once the Mind is aware of anything that is experiencing right at the moment, the Mind is aware of that with total Attention. If the Mind is not aware & not pay total Attention, the Mind can’t understand the true nature what the Mind is experiencing.
That means that, awareness with total attention what is happening in the moment in the Mind. Beinga ware of such happenings let the Mind to pay absolute Attention to observe the same without any judgment. If the Mind is aware that thoughts are arising, let the Mind be attentive to observe such thoughts that are arising now. If emotions are arisinging, let the Mind be aware of such emotions that are arising right now & observe with total attention & also without any judgement. In this case, Awareness, attention, observation, all are in a centre point where the Mind is right at the Mind.
The question always arise, why the Mind should not judge anything.
The simple logic is there whatever the Mind is creating like thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc., even other wordily things, everything arise in the Mind. That means, no matter whatever the Mind is experiencing either physically ro mentally, everything appears in the Mind. In such case, everything si nothing but the creation of the Mind. If the Mind judge such own creation, the Mind is in fact getting attached to them & doing judgement by its own way. In such case, there is always possibility of biasness are there in judgement.
Furthermore, once anything judge, in fact, true or real nature of such things never remain as its original creation. In that case, the nature or reality become altered or immitaed. It means that original attributes never remain once the Mind do judgement. Hence, let the Mind to observe moment to moment being Mindful
Accept the reality & Let it go in Mindfulness:
Whatever reality arise or happen, let the Mind face them & let the go after accepting. If thoughts arise, let the Mind to face such thoughts without any judgement & let them go naturally after accepting. Once the Mind is not engage with judgement, such thoughts that appears in the Mind naturally disappear as the Mind accept them without any judgement. Once such thoughts accepted by the Mind, naturally it disappears.
No matter whether the Mind experience anything either mentally or physically, in fact, everything appears or arise in the Mind in various forms like thoughts, feelings, emotions, anxiety, etc. That means everything notice in the Mind. Hence, let the Mind be focused toward the Mind itself & accept everything whatever it happens or occurs in the Mind & let it go as usual naturally by being Mindful in moment to moment in Mindfulness.
The Mind can understand the real nature of its own creation in Mindfulness:
Being aware of anything that happens or arise or occurs in the Mind right at the Mind, the Mind can observe them with total Attention & also without doing any judgement. If no judgement is made by the Mind that means, the Mind acts like an silent observer. If no judgement means no engagement. In such case, whatever the Mind experience of its own creation, everything remains with their original attributes. Nothing get altered or imitated as the Mindd remain itself away from any judgement.
As the Mind is aware in moment to moment & pay full attention observe everything without any judgement, the Mind can understand that whatever the Mind is experiencing right at the moment, all are nothing but the creation of the Mind even such experience is being happened through physically & mentally or in both the ways. Such experience arise & disappear in a natural way while the Mind don’t do any judgement over them. They arise in the Mind & they disappear also in the Mind. Everything is absolutely momentary.
The reality that the Mind can understand is that the momentary nature of the creation of the Mind & Matter. No matter whether such experience happens due to the Mind by itself or having through sensory organs from the materialistic world, everything appears in the Mind & disappear in the Mind and momentary nature of everything is the reality of the Mind & Matter.

In Mindfulness, the Mind has the ability not only to be aware of anything or the Mind itself, but also the th ability of bring back Attention in the Present Moment. While being aware of anything that are appearing in the Mind, the Mind is aware of its Attention too where both awareness & attention goes together to observe anything. In such case, the Mind is also aware that its Attention whether in the Present Moment or in the Past or in the Future.
In fact, the Mind is aware of such Attention right at the Moment. If the Mind become aware that Attention is wandering or moving, the Mind can bring back such Attention to the Present Moment. Hence, let the Mind be aware of Attention & bring back such Attention in the Present Moment to observe whatever is arising or happening in the Mind right at the moment.
It is very common nature of the Mind that it never remain in a certain place alltimes. Wandering or moving attitude is always there no matter whether Mindfulness is there or not in the Mind. But, in Mindfulness, the Mind is always aware of its Attention by being aware of it & can bring back Attention to the Present Moment naturally. Once the Mind is aware that Attention is not in the Present Moment, let the Mind bring back again & again by being aware of such Attention. This is a repetitive process that the Mind become used to do it again & again. Hence, let the Mind be in Mindful moment to moment in Mindfulness to bring back Attention by being aware of such Attention right at the moment.
Let the Mind be in natural momentum:
The Mind is a natural creation. Obviously, natural creation has a natural momentum. No external or intentional force can do anything at all over the natural Mind. In that case, let the Mind to act in a natural way & let the Mind be in natural momentum.
Forcing or resisting over the Mind might break such natural momentum. It might be for a while the Mind turn to the direction of intentional for or resistance, but, its only for a moment. The Mind again move back to its natural momentum. External force or intention force never last long.
Hence, don’t force the Mind to bring back its Attention to the Present Moment or don’t force the Mind to change or alter any thoughts or don’t force the Mind to do anything that can break the natural momentum of the Mind. Doing intentionally or forcefully might lead the Mind to get wild & also lead the Mind to starts wandering here & there where Attention fo the Mind also impact. So, let the Mind in Mindfulness moment to moment by being Mindful.
Mindfulness always right at the Moment in the Mind:
The Mind only be Mindful while Mindfulness remain flourishes in the Mind right at the moment. Mindfulness never be in the Past or in the Future. Everything is keep coontine changing moment to moment. No matter of solid or no matter of liquid, even the Mind itself. In fact, both the Mind & Matter all are in a continuous changing. This is real or true nature of the Mind & Matter.
Being in the such continuous momentary changes, nothing is permanent. Even the solid matter like concrete building or wall what visual observation looks as permanent, in fact, there is a continuous change within the tiny molecule which are not visible through human vision. The Mind itself is also in such continuous momentary movement of change.
As both the Mind & Matter that exist both within a human being or out of human being in this universe, let the mind be in Mindfulness in the moment to moment being aware of that the Mind is experiencing right at the moment. So, Mindfulness is also in the the momentary movement of the Mind what that Mind can only be aware right at the moment.
Hence, let the Mind be in Mindfulness be being aware of the Mind itself as well whatever is happening or occuring right at the moment in the Mind being in Mindfulness. Hence, let the Mind be in moment to moment in Mindfulness.
