What is Awareness?:

Lets see what Wikipedia says. According to Wikipedia, Awareness is the state of conscious of something. More specifically, it is the ability to directly know and perceive, to feel, or to be cognizant of events. Another definition describe it as a state of wherein a subject is aware of some information is directly available to bring to bear in the direction of wide range of behavioral actions. The concept is often synonymous to consciousness and is also being understood as being consciousness itself.

It can express as Awareness is the state of knowing something by the Mind. In fact, it is the ability of the Mind to know something directly.

What is Mindfulness in brief?:

Mindfulness is the ability of the Mind to be remaining in the Present Moment or to bring back its attention in the Present Moment purposely. According to Wikipedia. Mindfulness is the practice of purposely bringing one’s attention in the present moment without evaluation, a skill one develops through meditation or through other training. Mindfulness drives from Sati, a significant element of Buddhist tradition.

Of course, the Mind has to cultivate Mindfulness. That means Mindfulness cultivates or develops in the Mind through Meditation, Yoga or some other forms of training that is related to the cultivation or development of the Mind.

That means, the Mind has the ability to be aware of itself as well as has the ability to bring back its own Attention to the Present Moment purposely whenever needed or the Mind intents to bring back its Attention. Of course, the Mind has always more & less has such natural ability of brining back its Attention.

In fact, once Mindfulness cultivated or developed in the Mind, the Mind has the ability to bring back its attention in the Present Moment by being aware that Attention of the Mind is not in the Present Moment. Of course, ample efforts, times, and patience, etc., all are required to cultivate Mindfulness in the Mind. Of course, it take time, efforts & patience of someone to cultivate or develop Mindfulness.

The Mind creates the World:

The Mind creates the world. If the Mind doesn’t perceive any thing, in fact, there is no world in the Mind. It doesn’t meat that World is not exist at all. In fact, everything is there, the Mind creates the World based on its own way how it perceives or see. The way the Mind see, the World appears the same way to a human being.

Using sensory organ like eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and touch, all these five sensory organs are playing the significant role to experience the outer World. All collective data are going to the Mind though central nervous system first & the Mind process everything in its own way. Then, express everything in different forms, shapes, colors, patterns, etc.

It is very clear that the way the Mind perceive, everything appears the way i the Mind for a human being to understand the World. The similar process is also applies to the Inner World, that is the Mental World, A human being can experience his or her Inner World the same way how the Mind creates the World its own way & bring back in the Mind for the person to understand his or her Inner World.

Hence, both the Physical World & the Inner or Mental World appear in front of a person, the way the Mind perceive. The Mind is in the centre point of everything for a Human being to understand everything no matter of the Mind or the Matter that is the Outer World.

Let the Mind be in the Mind:

Average Mind has the natural tendency to always outward. What is happening there? What is that, Why no like in my Post? How many views of my pictures uploaded in the Social Media? Why no notification is coming from Social Media? Anything wrong in the Post? This is the very common senari in everywhere almost for everyone.

In fact, the Mind,almost every time keep itself busy in outward activities. This is reality. It’s okay. But, the problem only starts when the Mind is not aware of itself at all. Have you noticed it? Of course, its hard to let the Mind to be aware of itself & also to be aware of its activities as the Mind is itself always get used to be outside of the Mind.

No doubt, it is had to get the Mind to be aware of itself. Yet, it is possible. The way see, it appears the same way. What is not hard in this world? Only need to put tiny step one after one can reach a long distance. Isn’t it?

Understanding the reality, let the Mind to be in the Mind. That means, the Mind must be understand the Mind itself and also the activities of the Mind. So, let the Mind be inward to itself that is let the Mind to be in the Mind rather than being movement to out of the Mind.

Be aware in the Present Moment what is happening in the Mind in Mindfulness:

Everything happens in the Present Moment. The Mind can also understand everything in the Present Moment that the Mind experience. No matter whether the Mind is moving in the Past or in the Future or in the Present, only be aware the same. Its all happening in the Present Moment & the Mind also understanding all these in the Present Moment.

If thoughts are arising in the Mind, be aware that thoughts are arising now. If thoughts are disappearing, let the Mind be aware that thoughts are disappearing. If Memories flash back, be aware that Memory flash back are occuring. If feelings or emotions or mental fear arise, etc., only be aware that feelings are arising or emotions are arising or mental fear are arising.

No matter whatever arise or appear in the Mind in the Present Moment, only be aware of that thing. It is no surprise at all the the Mind might wander out of the Mind at any moment, let the Mind go its own natural way. Only be aware of that where the Mind is right now. Naturally, the Mind be back in the Mind itself & again be aware of the Mind itself.

The key aim is be aware of the Mind itself. No matter the Mind is in the Mind itself or wander outside, there is always something arising or appearing in the Mind. Be aware of the Mind no matter whatever things are arising or appearing in the Mind right in the Present Moment.

Observe the Mind without any judgement by being aware of in Mindfulness:

Being aware what is happening in the Mind right at this moment, keep total Focus there & observe the same without any judgement. Only observe. No Judgement.

The Mind might be aware that thoughts are arising. Observe such thoughts without any Judgement. Emotions might arise & the Mind is aware of such Emotions. Let the Mind observe such emotions without any judgement. Suddenly, the Mind might be aware that it is wandering in the Past. Observe the Mind in the Past without any judgement.

No matter whatever the state or situation or fact, the Mind become aware right at the moment, observe the same without any judgement. This is no surprise at all that the Mind can move here & there, in the Past or in the Future or in the Present, only be aware & observe. without any judgement. Without nt analysis. Without any urgement.

Let everything happen naturally. Let the Mind be naturally be aware of itself & let the Mind to observe the Mind & whatever is happening in the Mind without any judgement naturally. Everything is right in the Present Moment.

Let the Mind to bring back Attention in the Present Moment in Mindfulness:

This is no surprise at al all that suddenly, Attention of the Mind might shift away from observation of the things what is happening in the Mind right at the moment. This is very natural as the Mind always acts its own way by being a natural creation. Let the Mind acts its own natural way.

Only be aware where is the Attention of the Mind. Is Attention in the Mind or outside the Mind. Only be aware where is the Attention right at the moment. It might it in the Mind itself to observe what is happening. It might be away from the Mind that is out of the Mind.

Being aware that Attention of the Mind is not in the Present Moment to observe the Mind itself that is what is happening in the Mind to observe, bring back Attention very gently where natural flow remains. Be away for forcing or insisting to bring back Attention. Such Attention might wander or shift again after a moment. Let it go. Only be aware & let the Mind be back naturally to observe the Mind itself.

In fact, such back & forth activities is like a repetition works. Bring back Attention again & again in the Present Moment, the Mind naturally get used to do it. The key point is, let the Mind be aware of its Attention & itself wherever it go in the Present Moment. As the Mind always be aware in such state, the Mind naturally bring back Attention in the Present Moment.

In Mindfulness, the Min has ability to bring back its Attention by being aware of the existing state or position of Attention. That meas, the Mind is totally aware of itself & Attention right at the moment.

Let it Come & Let it Go naturally:

As everything happens in the Present Moment & also the Mind can experience everything in the Present Moment, that means the Mind is also aware of everything in the Present Moment. No matter whatever things happens or arise or appear in the Mind, let them happen naturally. Only be aware & observe without getting attach to them & be away from any judgement.

Let it come or happen & let it go. This is very simple.

Once anything arise or appear or happens like thoughts, feelings, emotions, anger, er whatever it is, they always disappear after a while. As the Mind is aware of them & observing them without any judgement, that means, the Mind is not engaged with them. As the Mind is not engaging at all with them expecept observation only, they can’t get the Mind to act over them & also, they can’t act on the Mind too.

No matter of mental phenomena or or anything whatever arise or appear naturally & they disappear also naturally when the Mind remain only as an observer where no engagement & no judgement are there at all.

Hence, let them come & let them go naturally. Let the Mind be aware of them & observe without any judgement.

Let the Mind be in Natural Momentum in Mindfulness to cultivate Awarness:

The Mind is a natural creation that associated with human body. In fact, the Mind is an integral part of the physical body.

Being a natural creation, this is very obvious that the Mind always functions or acts naturally. There is always a natural momentum or rhythm in the Mind. Once such natural momentum face hurdles or breakage, the Mind might get wild to figure out the possible causes. In such case, possibility of distraction in the Mind might not be avoided.

Hence, be away to insist or resist the Mind intentionally like try to force the Mind to stop thinking or forcing to alter or change a thought, etc. In such situation, the Mind suddenly face a breakage of momentum. But, after a while, the Mind has such naturally ability to bring back its own natural momentum.

Hence, its is always better to let the Mind be as natural & let the Mind be act of function or move naturally where natural momentum always remain.

Be in the Moment where the Mind & the Matter both are Momentary in Mindfulness:

The reality is, nothing is static. Everything is momentary. Even from the outer surface everything look static, in reality, there is a continuous change happening there. The momentary nature is not only within the Mind & also within the Matter, but also in the Universe too.

If carefully observe, it is easily be understood. The Mind is here now, after a moment, the Mind is there. The Mind is in the Present Moment right at this moment, after a while the Mind might be wandering either in the Past o rin the Future. The natural phenomena of momentary change is always within the Universe where the Mind & also the Matter both are not of that such momentary change.

Hence, let the Mind be aware of moment to moment & let the Mind also to observe the Mind itself moment to moment by being aware of what is happening right at the moment.

Awareness of the Mind cultivates naturally in Mindfulness:

The Mind is a natural creation & natural activities of functions that always occurs or happens in the Mind naturally. No external force or mechanism can impact over the Mind at all.

Of course, there is always natural Awareness remains in the Mind. But, being aware of the Mind itself by the Mind to observe what is happening in the Mind right now, is a continuous & repetitive activities, that can help the Mind to flourish Awareness in the Mind.

Hence, being in patience, be aware of the Mind & let the Mind be aware of itself moment to moment & let the Mind to cultivate awareness naturally which is very sustainable.
