As for the purpose of communication as well as for better understanding of time, Present Moment is being called for immediate past moment.

As in the arena of momentary happening, & experience, let the Mind keep Focus inward to itself. If thoughts are arising right at the moment & the Mind is aware that thoughts are arising right at the moment, let the Mind to keep Focus of that thoughts are arising right at the moment. If thoughts are disappearing & the Mind is aware that thoughts are disappearing, let the Mind to keep Focus there that thoughts are disappearing.
If the Mind become aware that emotions are arising right now, leet the Mind to keep Focus of such Emotions that are arising at the moment. If the Mind become aware that memories of childhood are arising, let the Mind keep Focus that Memories are arising. SImilarly, if the Mind become aware that feelings are arising & moving around in the Mind, let the Mind keep Focus there that feelings are arisining & such feelings are moving around in the Mind.
As the Mind is experiencing moment to moment, the Mind is also being aware moment to moment. No matter whatever things happening or occuring in the Mind right at the moment, let it be Focused by the Mind. It is directed to keep Focus right at the Mind what the Mind become aware of it.

Observe the Mind by the Mind in the Present Moment without any Judgement in Mindfulness:
As being towards to the Mind cnetric, Mindfulness, always directed to observe whatever things happening or occuring in the Mind right at he moment by being aware of it. Being aware of such happening, let the Mind to keep total Focus there right at the moment & observe such happenings or occurring without any judgement. Only observe the Mind without any judgement.
There might have thoughts, feelings, emotions, stress, anxiety, memory, etc., right at the moment. Let the Mind be aware & keep Focus there to observe without any judgement. If the Mind become aware that thoughts are arising, let the Mind keep focus of such thoughts & observe such thoughts too without any judgement. If Emotions are arising, the Mind become aware that Emotions are arising, let the Focus of the Mind is there to observe without any judgement.
If the Mind is aware that its wandering in the Past right now, let the Mind to pay Focus there & observe the wandering in the Past. If the Mind is right now in the future & the Mind is aware of such situation, let the Mind to observe the same without any judgement. Of course, sometimes, the Mind might aware of physical sensation like Pain, stress, Itching or might be out of the physical body that is to any place or area, in such case, if the Mind become aware, only keep Focus there & observe them without any judgement.
Reality can understand by the Mind without any Judgdment in Mindfulness:
As the Mind is keeping itself in the state of not doing any judgement while observe anything by being aware of such things & keeping Focus there, the real or true nature of such things remain absolutely original. No imitation or no alteration. Original attributes always remain while no judgement of the Mind takes place.
As an example, if thoughts arise & the Mind become aware of such thoughts, the Mind pay total Focus there to observe such thoughts without any judgement. The Mind is not getting engage there actively rather only observing where no judgement is there. In such case, the Mind can understand that thoughts are the creation of the Mind & they also disappear in the Mind. Thoughts remain as thoughts those are inherently powerless unless the Mind actively engage with such thoughts by doing judgement. As no judgement is there by the Mind, thoughts disappear in the Mind after a while arising in the Mind.
This is also applicable for each & every creations of the Mind. No matter of thoughts, no matter of emotions, no matter of feelings, etc.. The Mind can understand that everything is momentary & absolutely not able to get the Mind engage with them unless the Mind get engage by doing any judgement.
Let the Mind bring back Attention in the Present Moment in Mindfulness:
Being in Mindfulness, the Mind has the ability not only to be aware, focus & observation, but also has the ability to bring back its Attention to the Present Moment once the Mind is aware that Attention is not in the moment. The Mind can only be able to bring back its Attention once the Mind become aware that Attention is not here in the moment.
To keep continue to Focus over the Mind, let the Mind be aware of its Attention to observe anything right at the moment very deeply so that the Mind can understand deeply & clarity flourishes in the Mind. This is natural that the Mind mostly wander here & there, in the Past or in the Future or in the Present also. Being aware & keep continue to observe by putting Focus, the Mind needs Attention to remain there for deep understanding. It might be the Mind itself or any other materialistic things. Don’t Force the Mind in Mindfulness:
The Mind is a natural creation. Being a natural creation, obviously, the Mind functions or acts naturally. In such case, movement of the Mind is also natural. Forcing or resisting over the Mind might distract the natural momentum of the Mind and there is always possibility of getting the Mind in distraction.
In fact, no external force or resistance by doing intentionally over the Mind, might be work for a while. It never remain for long duration. Again, the Mind get back its own natural momentum and keep continue to functions or act its own natural way.
Hence, keep the Mind in its own natural momentum or rythm where natural attributes remain very natural and free flow of the Mind is there.
