Every human being has the same experience as all others. But, the question comes when someone tries to understand the true or real nature of thoughts that every moment is experiencing. Is it really possible? Why sometimes move around within the clouds of thoughts? All these questions are very interrelated when question also arise how to understand the real nature of thoughts in Mindfulness?

What is thought?:

According to Wikipedia, the term thought or thinking refers to cognitive processes that can happen independently of sensory stimulation. Their most paradigmatic forms are judging, reasoning, concept formation, problem-solving, and deliberation. But other mental processes, like considering an idea, memory, or imagination, are also included. These processes can happen internally independent of sensory organs, unlike perception. But, when understood in the widest sense, any mental event may be understood as a form of thinking. Including perception and unconscious mental processes. In a slightly different sense, the term thought refers not to the mental processes themselves but to mental states or system of ideas brought about by these processes.

What Cambridge Dictionary says about thought – The act of thinking about or considering something, an idea or opinion, or a set of ideas about a particular subject.

Based on above, simply can simply explain, thought is an idea or opinion produced by thinking or occurring or arising in the human Mind. No matter consciously or unconsciously, thoughts always arise in the Mind as a natural creation of the Mind. Thoughts is a natural activity of human Mind and all human beings are not out of thoughts. In fact, all human beings always experience thoughts in the Mind which is very natural.

What is meant by Mindfulness?:

Mindfulness is the ability of the Mind to be remaining in the Present Moment or to bring back its attention in the Present Moment when the Mind itself is aware that attention is not in the Present Moment. . According to Wikipedia. Mindfulness is the practice of purposely bringing one’s attention in the present moment without evaluation, a skill one develops through meditation or through other training. Mindfulness drives from Sati, a significant element of Buddhist tradition.

The simple explanation of Mindfulness is that the Mind has the ability to bring back its Attention to the Present Moment by being aware of attention that is not in the Present Moment and Mindfulness  can develop through Meditation or some other form of training which are related to the Mind so that the Mind can cultivate or develop such ability to bring back its Attention to the Present Moment purposely.

Let the Mind act its own natural way in Mindfulness:

The Mind is a natural creation integrated with the human being. Obviously, the Mind works naturally its own way. No external force or insist over the Mind can stop from its natural activities. Even if insist the Mind to stop thoughts or change one thought to another thought intentionally or forcefully, the fact is that never last more than a moment. The Mind, naturally, go back to its own way. This is the reality how the Mind work or act naturally.

The Mind is like a forest spring that flows naturally. If the spring water face any barrier on the path of water flow, such water flow or movement change the direction. It never stops The spring, never stops the movement of water. In case the Mind face any intervention over its natural activities, for a moment it might stop and move in other direction. In fact, any natural creation, that always act it own natural way. The Mind is also the same as all other natural creation.

In Mindfulness, the Mind always acts naturally where the natural attributes of the Mind remains natural. No force or intervention apply over the Mind to change its activities or movement or direction, etc. The key aim is all natural activities of the Mind to flow naturally. Hence, Let the Mind act naturally where the Mind is in the free flow of naturality.

Let the Mind create thoughts naturally in Mindfulness:

Being a natural creation, the Mind always acts naturally. In such case, thoughts are the natural creation of the Mind that naturally arise in the Mind & also disappear in the Mind too. In Mindfulness, the Mind always remain in its natural activities and movement. As a result, free flow momentum of the Mind always remain as natural.

When the Mind act & move naturally, creation of thoughts always remain as natural. No intentional force or insist is there so that the Mind create any thought forcefully. The natural attributes of thoughts always remain so that true or real nature of thoughts can be understood by the Mind. How thoughts arise, how it moves, how it disappears, what impacts occur or happens in the Mind that case uncover by the Mind being in Mindfulness. If any force or resistant apply to create thoughts intentionally, in that case, the true or real nature that originally attributed with thoughts naturally not be able to find or understand by the Mind.

Hence, let the Mind act naturally & let the Mind create thoughts as usual naturally so that the Mind can itself be able to understand the true or real nature by the Mind in Mindfulness.

Let the Mind be aware of thoughts in the Present Moment in Mindfulness to understand the real nature of thoughts:

Being a human being, what you are experiencing including thoughts, in fact, all are being in the Present Moment. Whatever you have experience in the Past, that were also the Present Moment during the time of experiencing. Whatever might experience in the Future, of course, that will be the Present Moment of such experiencing which yet to come. In fact, no matter of the Past or the Future or the Present Moment, all have to across by the Present Moment of such happening or occurring time that the Mind experience.

As thoughts are arising in the Present Moment, let the Mind be aware of that thoughts are arising right now. If thoughts are moving now, let the Mind be aware of thoughts that are moving now. If thoughts disappearing, let the Mind be aware of that thoughts are disappearing. In fact, the total process of thoughts that are being happened or occurred, let the Mind be aware of every step of thoughts.

Of course, this also natural that the Mind might wander while thoughts are arising or moving or disappearing. Let it be as natural. In that case, be aware of where the Mind is at this Present Moment and again let the Mind bring back awareness to thoughts that are arising or moving or disappearing whatever the Mind notice at the Present Moment.

This is not unusual, that awareness also move with the Attention of the Mind. Let it move naturally. Only be aware of the Mind at this Present Moment and let the Mind be aware of thoughts naturally.

Thoughts arise & disappear moment to moment that to be aware by the Mind in Mindfulness to understand the real nature of thoughts:

The fact is that process happens moment to moment. Thoughts arise, thoughts moves & thoughts disappear, etc., all are happening moment to moment. Each moment is the Present Moment, though human beings treat the Present Moment as the immediate Pat Moments. Are you aware of this?

Moment is fast that is hard to measure or count. This is the reality of the time that only be able to understand by self experience and no way to express in words that could be understood. Almost no one is aware of such momentary time & also not bothered at all as being taken such momentary time as granted. This is like why should bother at all!

In Mindfulness, the Mind has the ability to be aware of such momentary activities & movement of the Mind naturally. As a result, the Mind can be aware of such momentary movement of thoughts also. Hence, let the Mind be aware of thoughts that are arising or moving or disappearing in moment to moment. Whatever the Mind notice in the Present Moment, let the Mind be aware of that.

If the Mind notice that thoughts are arising, let the Mind be aware of that thoughts are arising. If thoughts are moving or disappearing, let the Mind be aware of such movement or disappearing of thoughts in the Present Moment. Being in Mindfulness, the Mind can only be able to understand the true or real nature of thoughts in the Present Moment by being aware of such thoughts process.

Let the Mind observe thoughts without any judgement in Mindfulness so the Mind can understand the real nature of thoughts:

Almost everyone is very curious how to observe or watch thought as thought absolutely invisible. This is no doubt at all that invisible things are no way to observe.. If not wrong, you might also be trying to find out how to observe thoughts. Isn’t it?

How you understand that you need to do some works> How you understand that you need to go for shopping? How you understand that you need to spend time with friends? Why not ask yourself to find out answers to see what comes up so that you can find your own answers too.

Whatever a human being experience, everything can understand by the Mind. In fact, understanding always comes from the Mind through thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc., in different forms that the Mind creates for the human being to understand. In such case, understanding comes in a form of invisible way that also through the Mind. This is the logic of understanding anything through the human Mind that a human being always does.

That means awareness of anything comes in the Mind in the first step of understanding. If the Mind is not aware, that means the Mind is there to understand the things.

In such case, awareness plays a role to observe anything, either physically or mentally. As awareness is in the Mind in Mindfulness, hence, let the Mind be aware of thoughts that arising, moving & disappearing. Once the Mind is aware, that means the Mind can also observe thoughts moment to moment that arising to disappearing. That is a complex process of thoughts from arising to the end or disappearing in the Mind.

Hence, let your Mind be aware of thoughts & keep observe or watch such thoughts without any judgement. If the Mind is aware that thoughts are arising, let the Mind observe or watch that thoughts that are arising. If thoughts are disappearing, the Mind is aware of this, let the Mind observe that thought which is disappearing. That is, the Mind to follow thoughts in any stage of process by being aware of it in the Present Moment.

Of course, this is natural that the Mind can move or wander at any moment while aware of thoughts & observing such thoughts. The Mind always act or move or wander its own way as being a natural creation. In such case, let the Mind be aware of at the Present Moment & let the Mind be back by being aware of thoughts naturally had to observe.

Why no judgement of thoughts in Mindfulness?:

Why no judgement of thoughts in Mindfulness, even not anything at all?

Obviously, this question always stand in front when it comes to nonjudgmental of thoughts or anything in Mindfulness?

The simple answer is always simple & straightforward. What’s this?

Who is creating thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc.? The Mind is creating everything right?

If the Mind judge thoughts, feelings, emotions, or, anything that Mind is creating, obviously, the Creator & the Judge will be the same source. In that case, judgement always comes to the question of neutrality and, always, possibility of having bias judgement. This is the common logic.

If the Mind does judgement over thoughts, of course, the Mind always does its own way. If anything is not in favor of the Mind, it is going to the other box that is rejected or dislikes or unfavorable, etc. Furthermore, once judgement made over thoughts, true or real nature of thoughts (even anything those are being created by the Mind) never remain with its original attributes. That means, whatever comes as altered or imitated once judgement made over them. In such case, thoughts (feelings, emotions or, whatever that creates by the Mind) always changed & lost its real or true nature.

Hence, let the Mind be aware of thoughts that are arising or moving or disappearing, etc., in the Present Moment & let the Mind observe or watch them without any judgement so that the Mind can understand or uncover the true or real nature of thoughts being in Mindfulness.

Bring back the Attention of the Mind to the Present Moment in Mindfulness to observe thoughts to uncover the real nature of thoughts:

Of course, Attention plays a significant role in observation of anything. In that case, thoughts are not of that, too at all.

The Mind has the ability to bring back its Attention to the Present Moment by being aware that its Attention is not in the Present Moment. Hence, let the Mind be aware of its Attention in the Present Moment and bring back such Attention to the Present Moment to observe thoughts in case the Mind wanders or moves in the Past or in the Future or in any place that is within the Mind or outside the Mind in any place.

As awareness, observation & Attention, etc., all abilities are in the Mind being in Mindfulness, that means, the Mind has also the ability to apply all these to observe thoughts from arising to disappearing.

While observe ring or watching thoughts by being aware of such thoughts either arising or moving or disappearing with total Attention of the Mind, suddenly the Mind might move or wander or shift its Attention. Let it go as usual, naturally. Only be aware of that attention of the Mind is not there. Let the Mind be back its Attention naturally to the Present Moment and again and observe thoughts by being aware of thoughts.

Once the Attention of the Mind is in the Present Moment & again the Mind is aware of thoughts that are arising or moving or disappearing, let the Mind observe or watch again without any judgement. In fact, it is repetition of a process that happens again & again.

Be away to insist the Mind to do anything at all in Mindfulness:

As being a natural creation, the Mind always acts or moves naturally where a natural momentum or rhythm exists. Trying to force or insist to Mind to change thoughts or divert thoughts directions, etc. impacts over such natural momentum or rhythm of the Mind. It is like a sudden stop or break. Of course, the Mind has always the ability to back its own natural momentum and also does the same after a while. In fact, external or forceful activities can’t do any impact at all over the Mind.

Furthermore, there might have the Mind to get wild while sudden impact occurs on natural momentum or rhythm. In such situation, the Mind always try to find out possible reasons for such sudden external force. As a result, the Mind might create more & more thoughts to figure out. In case, the Mind get engage to judge thoughts, the Mind might be caught up in the clouds of thoughts and get distracted.

As the Mind has the ability to be aware & can bring back its Attention to the Present Moment in Mindfulness, the Mind usually be away from any judgement. So, let the Mind act or move its own natural way & be away from any intentional force over the Mind. Don’t force the Mind to bring back to the Present Moment.

The true or real nature of thoughts that the Mind can understand in Mindfulness:

Being aware of thoughts from arising to disappearing & keep continue to observing or watching with total Attention of the Mind without any judgement of thoughts or anything, the Mind can understand or uncover the true or real nature of thoughts.

As no judgment over thoughts by the Mind, all thoughts disappear in the Mind after a while, once arise in the Mind. That means, the Mind is the Creator of thoughts & the same Mind is seizing thoughts. That means all thoughts disappear in the Mind from where they were originated or created.

Furthermore, no thoughts last long. They arise & disappear in a moment even sometimes, such thoughts disappear before they come into the notice of the Mind. So, life span of thoughts so momentary which is absolutely unmeasurable in momentary experience of the Mind.

The Mind also can understand that no thoughts has any power at all inherently. Thoughts are absolutely powerless & Inactive by own nature. Thoughts only get active by using the power of the Mind once the Mind get engaged with them for judgement. As no judgement takes place over thoughts by the Mind being in Mindfulness, all thoughts has to disappear without keeping any trace or impact over the Mind.

The true nature or real nature of thoughts that are momentary & inherently powerless while no engagement of the Mind is there for judgement. Thoughts only get active once the Mind judge ever them & get engage with thoughts. In such case, thoughts utilize the power of the Mind & let the Mind to actively act on thoughts. The Mind can only be able to understand the true or real true of thoughts while being remain as nonjudgmental over any thoughts.

Being in Mindfulness, the Mind can understand the true or real nature of thoughts, where original attributes of thoughts are always remained as original.

Mindfulness is always in the Present Moment & Let the Mind be Mindful naturally:

Th reality is that moment to moment changing. No matter in the Mind, but also out of the Mind such momentary changes are happening or occurring. Even the physical body of a human being is in a continuous change moment to moment. Such momentary changes are also occurring all around our surrounds and, also, in the universe.

As everything happens in the Present Moment and also the Mind is in the Present Moment to understand everything, hence, the Mindfulness is always in Present Moment in the Mind. Hence, let the Mind be in the right now in the Present Moment & uncover the true or real nature of thoughts by being aware of thoughts those to observe without any judgement with total Attention of the Mind.

Everything is happening both inside the Mind as well outside the Mind are in the Present Moment. Being in Mindfulness, the Mind can understand the real nature of thoughts by being aware of thoughts that are arising, moving & disappearing in the Present Moment.
