Basically, Focus is needed to understand anything very clearly. In fact, the Mind has the ability to keep Focus for understanding. Obviously, ability of Focus depends on the Mind & that vary person to person.

Basically, Mindfulness sis the ability of the Mind to be remaining in the Present Moment or to bring back its attention in the Present Moment when the Mind itself is aware that attention is not in the Present Moment. In Mindfulness, the Mind has the ability to bring back its Attention to the Present Moment by being aware of attention that is not in the Present Moment and Mindfulness  can develop through Meditation or some other form of training which are related to the Mind so that the Mind can cultivate or develop such ability to bring back its Attention to the Present Moment purposely.

Of course, it takes a lot of time, efforts & patience of an individual to cultivate Mindfulness. Based on experience, this is possible if an individual is willing to cultivate or develop such abilities in the Mind. In fact, nothing comes without any efforts & dedication.

Focus of the Mind arise in the Present Moment:

The reality of human experience is right at the Present Moment. Whatever the Mind experience, that everything happens in the Present Moment. Even there is the Past & there is the Future also apart from the Present, yet, the Mind can only understand everything right at the Present Moment. T

he Past has gone & no in the moment. Even, the Mind can pulled memories of the Past from the Subconscious level, but, the reality is the Past is not right at the moment. Of course, such Past was also the Present Moment of that time duration. As for the Future, it is yet to come. If Future comes, that also be in the Present Moment of the such time duration of the Future.

In this context, Focus of the Mind arise in the Present Moment thus the Mind apply this ability to understand anything deeply.

Let the Mind be aware of Focus in Mindfulness:

As Focus arise in the Present Moment, that the Mind can understand it also in the Present Moment. This is a simple logic. Hence, let the Mind be aware of Focus that is arising in the Mind.

If the Focus of the Mind is in the Present Moment, let the Mind be aware that Focus is in the Present Moment. If Focus suddenly move to the Past, let the Mind be aware that Focus is in the Past. If Focus is in the Future, be aware that Focus is in the Future. No surprise at all that suddenly, Focus might back right in the Present Moment again. In such case, let the Mind be aware that Focus has back to the Present Moment.

In fact, whether Focus is in the Present Moment or in the Past or in the Future, everything is happening or occuring right in the Present Moment. So, let the Mind only be aware of Focus whether it is in the Present Moment or in the Past or in the Future. Whoever Focus moves or goes, only be aware of Focus in the Present Moment.

The Mind must be aware of Focus to understand the true nature of Focus.

Focus moves moment to moment that can understand in Mindfulness:

Nothing is in still. Everything is changing. No matter of the Matter or the Mind, in fact, there is a continuous movement. Of course, limitation of human physical eye vision is not capable to understand such movement, in reality, there is a continuous movement & change within the Matter as well as in the Mind too.

In this reality, the Mind is also in the continuous movement. Creation of the Mind is also in such movement. Focus is also a creation of the Mind that functions as the ability of the Mind to understand anything deeply or toughly. Hence, Focus is also in the continuous movement, continuous change. The moment Focus is here & the next moment, Focus is in the Past or in the Future.

Of course, awareness also in such movement. No matter of anything, all are in the movement. It is like moment to moment change. Moment to moment movement. As the Mind experience everything in the Present Moment, that means, Focus, Awareness or anything of the Mind is happening or functioning in the Present Moment. Isn’t it?

In such continuous moment to moment change or moment to moment movement, Focus is also changing moment to moment. Let the Mind be in the process of such moment to moment movement and be aware of Focus which is happening or occurring also in the moment moment. In fact, the Mind is experiencing it creation that Focus in the Present Moment which is changing moment to moment.

Focus of the Mind is right here at the moment & next moment is there. It is a momentary movement. No matter whether the Focus is here or there, Present or in the Future, Past or in the Present, everything is happening in the moment & the Mind is also experiencing such momentary movement in the Present Moment. Hence, let the Mind be aware of Focus which is moment to moment changing.

As Focus move moment to moment, hence, understanding the true nature of Focus to understand also moment to moment.

Observe Focus without any judgement in Mindfulness:

Being aware of Focus which is right at the moment, let the Mind to observe such Focus without any judgement. If Focus is here at this moment, being aware of such Focus, observe it without any judgdment. It is no surprise at all that such Focus suddenly might move or wader to to some other place or area. The Mind is aware as being in Mindfulness & observe the same.

Again, the Mind might move to the past memory in the next moment. Be aware that Focus is right now in the Past. Only observe without getting any engagement & not doing any judgement. All on a sudden, the Mind might be aware that Focus is wandering in the Future in the imaginary situation. Let the Mind observe such Focus in the Future.

No matter whether the Mind is here or there, no matter the Mind is in the Present or in the Past or in the Future, in fact, everything is happening in the Present Moment which the Mind is experiencing. During observation of Focus it is no surprise at all that Focus might go to thoughts, feelings, emotions, anxiety, physical sensation, some other places, etc. Only observe Focus wherever its goes without any judgement.

Don’t force the Mind to bring back Focus in the Present Moment:

The Mind is a natural creation that integrated with human body. Being a natural creation, obviously, functions or activities of the Mind occurs or happens naturally. In fact, the Mind is designed to act naturally. hence, let the Mind always be in the free flow of its own natural way.

Don’t force the Mind to bring back Focus in the Present Moment. Let the Mind only be aware of Focus in the Present Moment & observe the same wherever such Focus is at the moment. In Mindfulness, the Mind has always ability to bring back Focus in the Present Moment. The Mind is totally awaare where Focus is now. The Mind is aware moment to moment.

Of course, Focus could be bring back intentionally or forcefully. But, such Focus never remain for aa long moments. After a while Focus again starts to move or shifts fro one place to another, Present moment to the Past, Present to the Future, Future to the Past, so on. It is like moment to moment movement that the Mind naturally act like such way.

As being aware moment to moment, the Mind is totally aware the existing state of Focus whether its is in the Present or in the Past or in the Future, or here or there. The key aim is whether the Mind is aware of Focus or not. Once the Mind is aware of Focus, that means the Mind knows where Focus is moving or existing now. In Mindfulness, the Mind can bring back Focus right at the moment by being aware of Focus which is always under observation of the Mind.

Keep the Mind be in Natural Momentum where Focus freely can flow:

Being a natural creation, the Mind functions in a natural way where a natural momentum is always there. Of course, the Mind can go back to natural momentum again in case suddenly some how such momentum break up like forcing or insisting over the Mind. In fact, no external force can impact over the Mind. The Mind has the ability to pull out its own momentum very fast.

But, once starts forcing or resisting or insisting over the Mind, there is a natural tendency to keep continue t do so. In such case, the Mind might face resistance over such natural momentum where Focus also flow naturally. There is always a possibility is there that the Mind might get wild once it starts to to find out why such natural momentum frequently breaks. What are the causes behind such resistance over natural momentum?

Once the Mind starts to judge, in such case, the Mind getting itself engage to find out possible root causes or reasons. In such situation, naturally, the Mind express such possible causes of break up natural momentum of the Mind through thoughts, anxiety, etc. That means, possibility is there to face more & more thoughts in relate to such possible causes. Once the Mind creates more & more thoughts, ultimately, the Mind starts to face self distractions of thought.

Once the Mind starts to create more & more thoughts getting involve in judgement, the Mind in fact, starts to move around itself within the cloud of thoughts. In such situation, it is hard to way out of the trapa of thoughts as such thoughts become actively engaged by the Mind & keep continue to get the Mind more & more engage with thoughts.

Hence, let the Mind to be in its own natural momentum where Focus of the Mind can flow naturally.

In Mindfulness, the Mind has the ability to bring back Focus in the Present Moment. This is the ability of the Mind that naturally flourishes while Mindfulness remain in the Mind.

How the Mind can bring back Focus in the Present Moment?

As the Mind is aware of Focus right at the moment, that means, the Mind is totally aware where is the Focus right now. Being aware, the Mind is observing such Focus also. Of course, Focus is in movement of change or shift moment to moment. In fact, the Mind is also aware of such moment to moment movement of Focus.

Once the Mind is aware of Focus that is not in the Present Moment, the Mind can bring back such Focus naturally. Of course, such Focus might shift at any moment again in the Past or in the Future or from one place to another place. This is natural movement. The Mind keep continue to observe such movement of Focus by being aware of such Focus wherever it moves or goes.

Once the Mind become aware that such Focus has moved again in the Past or in the Future, the Mind naturally bring back Focus in the Present moment. It is a repetitive activities of the Mind. Keep continuing to do the same activities again & again, the Mind naturally get used to bring back Focus again & again naturally in the Present Moment by being aware of Focus wherever it goes or moves.

What the Mind can understand the true nature of Focus?:

Being moment to moment aware of Focus no matter whether it is in the Present Moment or in the Past or in the Future, in fact, the Mind is observing such Focus in the Present Moment. In fact, understanding the Focus is moment to moment experience of the Mind even such Focus is the creation & ability of the Mind as well.

What the Mind can understand about Focus?

  • Focus is the natural creation of the Mind.
  • Focus arise in the Present Moment.
  • Focus never remain still in a place or time.
  • Focus moves here & there or any place.
  • Focus can remain in the Present Moment and can move or wander in the Past or in the Future.
  • Focus has the natural momentum where no external force can resist or stop its natural flow.

  • The Mind can also be able to observe Focus moment to moment.
  • The Mind can bring back in the Present Moment by being aware of such existing state of Focus.
  • Focus is the ability of the Mind that needed to apply for understanding anything deeply.
