As the Mind has the ability to be aware, it has also the ability to observe without any judgement, the Mind can apply all these abilities to uncover the true or real nature of everything.

Now, let’s move into detail why Anger should not judge in Mindfulness.

More & more Anger arise while Anger judge by the Mind that can understand in Mindfulness:

If the Mind starts to judge Anger, the same Mind creates more & more Anger. In that case, it is very hard to get rid of Anger as the Mind keep continue to judge and get more & more attach to Anger. As a result, such anger continue to come out from the Mind and the Mind can’t find the way out from such Anger. The Mind become so wild while Anger arise and move around within the clouds of Anger.

As more & more Anger arise due to judgement over Anger, the Mind becomes puzzle and keeps back & forth here & there, thus, more & more Anger arises in the Mind. Ultimately, the Mind gets distracted and keep continue to judge Anger one after one. The more judgement made by the Mind, the more Anger arises from the Mind. It is like a series of Anger and the Mind stuck up within the circle of Anger.

If the Mind keep itself refrain from judgement over Anger, the Mind finds that Anger can’t inspire the Mind anymore to get attach to them & the Mind totally not engage with Anger in such case. This is only possible for the Mind to understand while it is absolutely free from any kind of judgement over Anger. This ability is only able for the Mind to get in case the Mind remains itself in Mindfulness. If the Mind starts to judge Anger, in such case, the Mind is not in Mindfulness.

The Mind can’t aware to of Anger in case Judge Anger:

As the Mind get attach to judge Anger which leads the Mind to create more & more Anger, ultimately, the Mind become more engaged to judge Anger after Anger. As a result, the Mind can’t able to be aware of more & more Anger as it is totally engaged with Anger & keep continue to judge Anger. In fact, the Mind is totally engaged with Anger which arise one after one, from the Mind and the Mind starts to judge over them continuously.

Being getting itself busy with judgement over Anger one after one, the Mind moves around the circle of Anger. One Anger disappears, the other Anger arise as the Mind keep continue to judge. If the Mind wants to get out from Anger, it becomes stuck up within Anger. Then, the Mind actively get itself engaged to judge Anger one after one and keep continue to face Anger in a series of series. This is like judgement after judgement which leads to face Anger one after one non-stop.

The Mind can only be able to keep itself in awareness while the Mind is in Mindfulness. As Mindfulness is there in the Mind, the Mind is totally aware of Anger from arising to disappear in the Mind. That means the Mind has such ability to be aware of total movement of Anger due to Mindfulness. Otherwise, this is absolutely impossible for the Mind to be aware of Anger at all.

The Mind can’t understand the true nature of Anger while do judge Anger:

If the Mind judge Anger, the Mind can’t able to understand the true or real nature of Anger. Due to judgement, Anger changes the true or real nature. Such judged Anger become altered or imitated. Due to judgement, Anger lost its attributes. Judgement by the Mind occurs based on the choice of the Mind. Where the Mind makes judgement its own way.

In fact, such outcome of judgement depends on the state of the Mind. As the Mind is absolutely in distraction due to Anger, obviously, judgement will be more & more wildly by the Mind. If the Mind doesn’t judge Anger, the Mind can understand the true or real nature of Anger. If the Mind is in Mindfulness, the Mind keep itself remain in awareness & observe anger without any judgement and can understand the true or real nature of Anger.

Mind can’t understand the source of Anger due to judgment:

In case of judgement over Anger, the Mind can’t find or understand the source of Anger. From where Anger arise, how they move & how Anger disappear in the Mind. In such case, the Mind is actively busy for judgement and totally not aware of source of Anger by observation.

If the Mind remains itself in Mindfulness, the Mind has the ability to be aware & observe without any judgement over Anger from arising to disappear. By being aware & observe without judgement, the Mind can understand that Anger is naturally created by the Mind and the same Anger disappear also in the Mind from where Anger was created.

As the Mind has the ability to be aware & observe without judgement due to Mindfulness, the Mind can apply these abilities to uncover the source of Anger. If Mind judge over Anger & get engage with continuous judgement, it is hard to find the source of Anger. So, in Mindfulness, the Mind always remain aware & observe without any judgement that helps the Mind to uncover the source of Anger.

Anger has no inherent power that can understand in Mindfulness without judgement over Anger:

Whether Anger has any power or not that can impact over the Mind is not able to understand the Mind in case the Mind engage to judge over Anger. Once the Mind starts to judge Anger that means the Mind get attach to Anger & keep itself engage in judgement. In such case, the Mind can’t apply its ability to find out whether such Anger is powerful or not. Engagement to Anger due to judgement, inspires the Mind to to get more & more engagement. In that case, Anger become more active & powerful by having power of the Mind.

In Mindfulness, as the Mind has the ability to be aware at this Present Moment without any judgement, the Mind remains very silent with awareness & observation over Anger without any judgement, the Mind can understand that such Anger is totally powerless. Anger has inherently no power. Anger only become so active when the Mind judge them. By getting attach to the Mind, Anger utilizes the power of the Mind & keep distract the Mind.

In fact, the ability of awareness & observation without judgement being in Mindfulness, the Mind can discover that Anger is inherently powerless. If judgement made over Anger, such Anger get active by the power of the Mind due to judgement. As a result, the Mind applies its ability of awareness & observation without any judgement over Anger while in Mindfulness.

Anger never last long, that can understand in case no judgement over Anger in Mindfulness:

Being in Mindfulness, the Mind always be aware of Anger from arising to disappear. The Mind also observe total movement of Anger without any judgement. In such case, the Mind can understand that Anger never last long. Anger always disappear after a certain moment of arising. Anger arise, move & disappear. If judgement made over Anger, such anger keep continues to grow & active by arising more & more Anger from the Mind.

Understanding the duration of Anger, the Mind always be aware that Anger has no option rather to disappear once arise. Anger only last long in case judgement made by the Mind on Anger. As the Mind has clear understanding of true or real nature of such powerless & momentary Anger, the Mind always apply its ability be aware of Anger from arising to disappear without any judgement being in Mindfulness.

Conclusion:

If the Mind judge Anger, the true or real nature of Anger not able to understand by the Mind. Once Anger judge by the Mind, true or real nature of Anger become altered or imitated. If the Mind doesn’t have the understanding of true or real nature of Anger, the Mind always move around within the circle of Anger and can’t get out from Anger.

In Mindfulness, the key aim is to understand the real or true nature of Anger, that only be able to understand by the Mind being aware of Anger as well as observe anger without any judgment as the Mind has the ability to do so due to Mindfulness.
