Bringing back Focus of the Mind by forcefully never sustain. Of course, Focus might be back by forcing the Mind, but, after a while, again such Focus shifts to other area or place. Moving here & there, moving in the past or in the future or even in the present moment is a very natural phenomena of Focus.

In such natural flow state of the Mind, Focus also remain as natural momentum. Forcing back of Focus never remain in a place for long duration. No matter how many times bring back Focus again & again, such Focus go back to its own natural momentum.

Forcing to bring back Focus impacts over Awareness of the Mind:
Forcing over the Mind to bring back Focus not only last long but also it creates an impact over the Mind too. The Mind can’t be aware of Focus as well all other activities of the Mind like thoughts, emotions, etc. As the Mind get engage again & again to bring back Focus right at the moment due to external force like force intention, the Mind face distraction on natural momentum. As the Mind is a natural creation that integrated with human being, obviously, this natural that the Mind functions or acats naturally. No matter of external force apply over the Mind intentionally or forcing willingly, question of sustainability of such duration of Focus might arise in that case. The Mind is like a natural Spring in the forest. Water of the Spring flow naturally. If such water flow face any hurdles or block on the way of movement, such water flow never stuck there. Water flow spread in different ways by passing the blockade & keep continue to flow. This is the natural movement of natural creation in the earth.
